HR Executive and Recruiter, Senior HR Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview schedules.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and make recommendations for new hires.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations during all aspects of recruitment.

Job Requirements :

• 3-5 years of experience in HR or Recruitment role.
• Strong understanding of admin activities such as employee onboarding, benefits administration, etc.
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with hiring managers and candidates.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
