Hr Executive And Recruiter - Fresher

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Master's Degree only (MBA HR / M.Com / MA or equivalent PG qualifications)
• Pass-out Years: Up to 2025 (2025 and earlier batches only)
• Experience: Freshers are welcome
• Skills: Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules.
• Handle onboarding and employee documentation.
• Maintain employee records and HR trackers.
• Coordinate with candidates and internal teams.
• Support daily HR operations and recruitment activities.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment.
• Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn, and job portals.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented environment.
