Hr Executive And Personal Assistant

Role & responsibilities -

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and candidate coordination.
• Handle employee joining formalities and documentation.
• Manage attendance, leave, shift and Time Office activities.
• Maintain employee records and HRMS data.
• Prepare payroll inputs and monthly HR MIS reports.
• Coordinate employee induction and training programs.
• Handle employee queries and grievance-related matters.
• Support PF, ESIC and other statutory compliance activities.
• Coordinate with various departments for manpower requirements.
• Maintain HR documentation and personnel records.

Preferred candidate profile -

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
• 12 years of relevant experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist / Recruitment.
• Experience in Manufacturing / Automobile / EV industry will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of Recruitment, Onboarding, Attendance, Time Office and HRMS.
• Basic knowledge of Payroll, PF, ESIC and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, HR MIS and HR documentation.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Good problem-solving ability with a positive and employee-focused approach.
• Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
