Hr Executive And Generalist

Role & responsibilities

Manage end-to-end HR operations and recruitment.

Handle payroll processing, attendance management, and employee records.

Ensure knowledge of PF, ESIC, statutory compliance, and labour laws.

Coordinate and implement Performance Management System (PMS) activities.

Plan and execute employee engagement activities.

Handle employee queries and coordinate with clients.

Preferred candidate profile

1-5 years experience candidates can apply

Basic knowledge of HR processes, payroll, or compliance is preferred

Good communication and coordination skills

Willingness to travel to client locations
