Role & responsibilities

Payroll Management: Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies regarding payroll. HR Induction and Onboarding: Design and conduct comprehensive onboarding programs to facilitate smooth integration of new employees into the organization. Coordinate with department heads to ensure new hires receive necessary training and resources. Exit Interview and Offboarding: Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and insights to improve employee experience and retention. Facilitate smooth offboarding processes, including exit formalities and documentation. Recruitment Planning and Candidate Searching: Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies. Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract top talent in the industry.

Preferred candidate profile

Interviewing and Offer Management: Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit. Prepare and extend employment offers, negotiate terms, and generate appointment letters. Performance Management System (PMS): Implement and manage performance appraisal processes, ensuring fair and transparent evaluations. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related matters. Employee Query and Concern Handling: Serve as a point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances. Offer timely and effective resolutions while maintaining confidentiality. Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and events to foster a positive work environment.
