  • Handle HR compliance and ensure adherence to applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.

  • Manage PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliance activities.

  • Handle industrial relations and employee-related issues.

  • Coordinate with government departments and statutory authorities, as required.

  • Maintain compliance records, registers, documentation, and reports.

  • Support statutory audits, inspections, and compliance filings.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of HR and compliance activities.

  • Experience in HR Compliance and Industrial Relations

  • Knowledge of labour laws and statutory requirements

  • Strong documentation, coordination, and communication skills

  • Ability to manage compliance activities independently
