Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure timely payment of salaries through payroll processing.
  
• Manage contract labour management, including contract labour planning and statutory compliance.
  
• Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave, and other HR-related documents.
  
• Provide support in manpower planning and budgeting for upcoming projects.
  
• Coordinate with clients to resolve any issues related to manpower requirements or labor laws.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in an HR generalist role, preferably in the engineering & construction industry.
  
• Strong understanding of contract labour management, contract labour planning, and statutory compliance.
  
• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to coordinate with clients effectively.
