Hr Executive And Generalist

Role & responsibilities

• Manage employee relations and grievance handling effectively.
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Manage attendance, leave, and payroll-related activities.
• Coordinate with employees and managers to resolve HR-related concerns.
• Handle joining, onboarding, documentation, and employee records.
• Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports using MS Excel.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and processes.
• Support employee communication and engagement activities.
• Coordinate with relevant teams for smooth HR operations.
• Monitor employee issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of HR Operations and Employee Relations.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR MIS.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to handle employee grievances professionally.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail/FMCG environment.
