Hr Executive And Generalist

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and provide effective support throughout the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in employee onboarding, HR documentation, attendance, payroll coordination, employee records, and HRMS.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and joining formalities.
• Prepare and maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
• Handle employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, transfers, confirmations, and exits.
• Maintain and update employee information in the HRMS/HRIS.
• Track and manage employee attendance, leave, and working hours.
• Coordinate with the payroll team and provide accurate inputs for monthly payroll processing.
• Ensure payroll-related data such as attendance, leave, new joiners, exits, and salary-related changes are accurately maintained.
• Address employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, payroll, benefits, and documentation.
• Prepare and issue HR letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, relieving letters, and other HR documents.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and ensure proper documentation.
• Support employee exit and full & final settlement processes.
• Coordinate with various internal teams for smooth HR operations.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining HR policies and processes.
• Prepare HR reports and MIS related to headcount, attendance, attrition, leave, and employee movements.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable statutory requirements.
• Support employee engagement activities and other HR initiatives as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 24 years of relevant experience in HR Operations/HR Generalist roles.
• Hands-on experience in payroll coordination and attendance management.
• Good knowledge of employee onboarding and HR documentation.
• Experience working with HRMS/HRIS systems.
• Good understanding of employee lifecycle processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to handle multiple HR activities and meet deadlines.

Preferred

• MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
• Experience in IT/Technology organizations is preferred.
• Knowledge of PF, ESI, PT, gratuity, and other statutory HR processes will be an advantage.
• Candidates with strong hands-on experience in payroll and HR operations are preferred.
