Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage employee life cycle from recruitment to exit, ensuring seamless onboarding, joining formalities, background verification, document verification, MIS updation, induction, attendance management.
  
• Generate offers and manage offer generation process for new hires.
  
• Coordinate with various stakeholders including employees, managers, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of HR activities.
  
• Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback from departing employees.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to human resources.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in an HR generalist role or similar field.
  
• Strong understanding of employee life cycle management principles.
