Hr Executive And Generalist

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive- HR & Administration to support day-to-day human resources operations along with general administrative activities. The role will be responsible for employee coordination, HR documentation, attendance and leave management, recruitment support, employee records, and ensuring smooth execution of routine administrative activities.

The ideal candidate should have good communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee-related queries.
• Maintain and update employee personnel records and HR databases.
• Handle attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
• Coordinate joining formalities and induction of new employees..
• Support payroll processing by providing accurate attendance, leave, and employee-related inputs.
• Assist in employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
• Support performance appraisal and confirmation processes as required.
• Ensure HR policies, procedures, and statutory requirements are followed.
• Assist in resolving routine employee queries and coordinate with management when required.

Administration

• Handle routine office administration and coordination activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building/facility management as required.
• Maintain office-related records, documents, and administrative registers.
• Assist with office supplies, stationery, and other general requirements.
• Support arrangements for meetings, events, employee activities, and other office requirements.
• Coordinate maintenance and housekeeping-related activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• [4 to 7 ] years of experience in HR operations, preferably with some administrative exposure.
