Hr Executive And Generalist

Key Responsibilities :-

MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF MMC PAY ROLL SOFTWARE

Payroll & Statutory Compliance

• Manage monthly payroll processing for workers and staff.
• Ensure timely compliance of PF, ESI,LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, salary structures, and statutory registers.
• Handle employee onboarding, exit formalities, full & final settlements.

Attendance & Workforce Management

• Monitor biometric attendance and punching systems.
• Prepare daily attendance and manpower reports.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure adequate workforce availability.
• Arrange manpower whenever required.

Recruitment & Employee Relations

• Source, screen, and recruit factory workers.
• Address employee grievances and maintain healthy industrial relations.

Compliance & Audits

• Maintain documentation for Statutory & Social compliance requirements.

Administration

• Coordinate employee welfare activities.
• Support factory administration.
• Housekeeping.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate.
• 3 to 05 years of experience in manufacturing / factory HR.
• Strong knowledge of PF, ESI, labour laws, payroll processing, and factory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, attendance software, systems.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Industry Experience

• TEXTILE / GARMENT / HOME FURNISHING EXPORTS/MANUFACTURING.
