Hr Executive And Generalist

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Executive HR Operations with 1–3 years of experience to manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth execution of HR processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, onboarding, HRIS maintenance, attendance and leave management, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance support.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
• Prepare and maintain employee documentation such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, promotion letters, experience letters, relieving letters, and other HR-related documents.
• Maintain employee personnel files and ensure HR records are accurate, updated, and confidential.
• Manage employee data in the HRMS/HRIS and ensure data accuracy.
• Handle attendance, leave management, and regular employee record updates.
• Coordinate for payroll, providing employee data related to new joiners, exits, attendance, leave, salary revisions, and other payroll inputs.

Employee Onboarding & Offboarding

• Coordinate pre-joining documentation and onboarding activities.
• Ensure timely completion of joining formalities and document verification.
• Manage resignation, exit interviews, full and final settlement coordination, and relieving documentation.

Employee Relations & Engagement

• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, events, celebrations, and wellness activities.
• Assist in grievance handling and promote a positive employee experience.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective communication of HR initiatives.

Compliance & HR Administration

• Support statutory compliance activities by maintaining employee records and required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.
• Assist during internal and external HR audits.
• Coordinate with vendors for employee benefits, insurance, and other HR administrative activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information and HR data.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of HR Operations and employee lifecycle management.
• Experience working with HRMS/HRIS systems.
• Knowledge of attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
• Basic understanding of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation, and confidentiality.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
