Hr Executive And Generalist

Key Responsibilities

Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.

Handle employee documentation and verification.

Maintain and update employee master data.

Generate and maintain PF & ESI records.

Monitor daily attendance and ensure accurate attendance data.

Check biometric attendance and resolve attendance discrepancies.

Handle payroll processing, including working days, deductions and payroll-related calculations.

Manage PF & ESI deductions and compliance.

Handle statutory compliance and maintain necessary records.

Maintain wage registers and records as per the Factories Act.

Coordinate monthly statutory audits and challans.

Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports.

Maintain payroll/HR data using MS Excel.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of Payroll, PF, ESI and statutory compliance.

Strong knowledge of MS Excel.

Good understanding of attendance and payroll processes.

Good documentation and data-management skills.

Ability to work independently in a plant/industrial environment.

Good communication skills in Tamil and English.

Candidate Details

Experience: Relevant experience in HR Payroll / Plant HR preferred.

Relocation: Candidate should be willing to relocate to Ennore, if required.

Language: Tamil & English.

Excel Skill: Candidate's Excel proficiency can be assessed/rated during the interview.
