Job description for the position of HR Executive

Role: To be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations and administration to support smooth plant and organizational functioning.

Education: Any Graduate with Diploma or Post Graduate Degree in HR.

Experience:

• 3 to 5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of labour laws, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Hands-on approach with ability to work closely with plant operations.
• Proficient in MS Excel and HR documentation.

Location: Ansa Industrial Estate, Sakinaka, Andheri east

Activities to perform

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant and office positions.
• Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and induction processes.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and data accurately.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, statutory compliance, and employee benefits.
• Implementation of HR policies and disciplinary procedures.
• Address employee queries and maintain healthy employee relations at the plant level.
• Coordinate for performance management and appraisal activities.
• Organize training, engagement, and welfare initiatives for employees.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, factory regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Prepare HR reports, manpower data, and MIS for management review.
