HR Executive and Generalist

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage employee onboarding process, including inductions and orientations.
• Coordinate HR operations such as recruitment, training, and benefits administration.
• Develop and implement effective HR policies to support business objectives.
• Provide guidance on company policies and procedures to employees.

Job Requirements :

• 2-4 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar position.
• Strong understanding of employee life cycle from hire to retire.
• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail.
