Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated MBA (HR) graduates to join our HR team as HR Executives/Generalists. The selected candidates will be involved in various HR activities, including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, HR operations, and coordination with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing and screening candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Assist in onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Support HR operations and employee engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and internal teams to fulfill recruitment requirements.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports and databases.
• Ensure timely communication with candidates and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• MBA/PGDM specialization in Human Resources.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
