About this role
We hire BDM's, Filmmakers, Designers, Strategists and Sales Managers. Now we need the person who hires them.
LOTL Infra is a Strategic Investment & Design Ecosystem, operating since 2012 across real estate, architecture, interiors and design. Our team covers creative, production, operations and sales, and works across Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad and the UAE.
We're hiring an HR Executive to build and look after that team.
What You'll Own
3+ years of hands-on HR experience, ideally in an agency, creative, media, design or fast-growing SME environment.
You can hire well for very different roles, from a video editor in the morning to a sales manager by evening. You're organised without being rigid. People trust you, and founders listen to you. We see HR as building a team, not just processing paperwork.

- End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers and closures across creative, sales and operations roles
- Onboarding and induction, so every new hire is productive from week one
- Attendance, leave and payroll coordination with accounts
- HR policies, documentation and statutory compliance
- Performance review cycles, plus feedback and follow-through with team leads
- Culture, engagement and retention, so good people stay and grow
