HR Executive | 5+ Yrs | Recruitment & HR Operations | Hyderabad WFO

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding of new hires.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and make recommendations for selection.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements throughout the recruitment process.

Job Requirements :

• 4-6 years of experience in HR Operations or related field (Human Resource Executive/Manager/Officer).
• Strong understanding of HRMS systems and ability to manage employee data effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (hiring managers) as well as external partners (candidates).
• Proficiency in MS Excel is required; knowledge of other software applications such as applicant tracking systems is an added advantage.
