We are looking for an experienced HR professional to manage HR operations at our manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment, manpower planning, onboarding, and employee documentation.
• Handle attendance, leave, shifts, overtime, and payroll coordination.
• Manage PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, Gratuity, and other labour compliances.
• Handle employee grievances, discipline, and shop-floor employee relations.
• Coordinate with Production and other departments for manpower requirements.
• Maintain HR MIS, employee records, and statutory registers.
• Support employee engagement and performance management activities.

Candidate Profile:

• Any Graduate.
• 13 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing/factory environment.
• Good knowledge of labour laws, PF, ESIC, payroll, and factory HR operations.
• Strong communication and employee-handling skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS.
• Ability to independently manage day-to-day HR activities.

Manufacturing industry experience will be preferred.
