HR Engagement Partner

Qualifications & Experience required:

• MBA or master's degree in HR/Social Work/ from B schools
• 1-4 years Employee Engagement Experience

Responsibilites:

• Drive Employee Engagement & Culture Initiatives to enhance employee experience, motivation, and workplace satisfaction.
• Lead CSR Volunteering Programs and encourage employee participation in community and social impact activities.
• Analyze Employee Engagement Data and generate actionable insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and Implement Data-Driven Engagement Strategies that strengthen organizational culture and employee connect.
• Collaborate with Business and HR Teams to execute engagement programs and foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.
