About this role
HR Digital Transformation & Analytics , Pune is a combination of HR Analytics, HR Operations, HR Technology and Project Management.
The candidate should help the HR team use data and technology to make HR processes faster, more accurate and less manual.
In simple words: You need someone who understands HR processes, works on Excel and Power BI dashboards, identifies process gaps, and helps implement HRMS improvements and automation.
This is not a pure HR Generalist, HR Business Partner or recruitment role. It is more of an HR Analytics + Digital Transformation + HR Projects role.
What will the candidate actually do?
HR Analytics: Prepare HR dashboards and MIS reports using Excel and Power BI.
Process Improvement: Identify manual HR activities and suggest ways to simplify or automate them.
HR Technology: Work on Darwinbox or another HRMS, coordinate system enhancements and support testing.
Project Management: Track project timelines, coordinate with HR and IT teams, and prepare management presentations.
Data Governance: Identify incorrect, duplicate or missing employee data and improve data quality.
