HR & Digital Marketing Associate

Role & responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment, candidate screening, interview coordination and HR operations.
• Support Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube and multi-channel campaigns.
• Assist with SEO/SEM, keyword research, website optimization and Google Analytics.
• Support social media posts, ad creatives and video campaigns.
• Assist with ROI tracking, conversion optimization, A/B testing and budget management.
• Work with tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics and Canva.
• Support team mentoring, project coordination, client communication and strategy execution.
• Maintain trackers, reports and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Creative mindset with willingness to learn.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Basic understanding of HR and digital marketing concepts.

Preferred: Candidates from JNTU, KPHB, and nearby locations who are comfortable working in the Night Shift.
