Job Summary:
We are looking for a Total Rewards / Compensation & Benefits Analyst to support compensation planning, salary structuring, benefits administration, and statutory compliance. The role involves working closely with HR, Finance, Payroll, and external vendors to ensure accurate, competitive, and compliant reward practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze compensation structures, salary bands, pay ranges, and internal salary parity.
• Support annual salary reviews, increments, bonuses, promotions, and budget planning.
• Assist with CTC structuring, including Basic, HRA, allowances, PF, Gratuity, and variable pay.
• Manage employee benefits, including insurance, retirement benefits, and wellness programs.
• Ensure compliance with Indian statutory requirements, payroll policies, PF, and Gratuity regulations.
• Prepare compensation reports, dashboards, and cost analysis using Excel.
• Maintain accurate compensation data, policies, and audit documentation.
• Coordinate with HRBPs, Finance, Payroll, and external benefits vendors.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards.
• Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and financial modelling.
• Understanding of Indian salary structures, CTC, PF, Gratuity, and tax components.
• Knowledge of HRIS / compensation management tools.
• Strong analytical, numerical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Profile: Candidates with 3–6 years of relevant Compensation & Benefits experience and exposure to Indian payroll and statutory compliance.
