Required Qualifications

• Bachelors/masters degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3-5 years of hands-on Workday Reporting writing and HR data Analysis experience
• Experience with Workday Reporting  - in Advanced, Simple, Composite, Matrix, nBox, Search, Transposed and Trending. 
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• The ideal candidate will have experience transforming complex datasets into meaningful visualizations and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excel, power point and Workday reporting tools.
• Power BI, Tableau, Advanced Excel – power queries, macros, formulae, charts and presentations 

• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
• High ownership and accountability for deliverables.
