Human Resources (HR Generalist)

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, induction, documentation, and exit formalities.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HRMIS data.
• Assist in payroll coordination and statutory compliance activities.
• Support recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and joining formalities.
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Handle performance management and employee grievance resolution.
• Prepare HR reports, MIS, and workforce analytics.

Operations Management

• Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.
• Ensure effective process implementation and adherence to company standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth business operations.
• Monitor vendor management, office procurement, and facility administration.
• Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation.
• Improve operational efficiency through process optimization.

Business Development

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, LinkedIn, and cold outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct client meetings to understand staffing and service requirements.
• Prepare proposals, service agreements, presentations, and commercial discussions.
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into clients.
• Coordinate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.
