HR Culture Or Employee Engagement Specialist

Role & Responsibilities

• Drive employee engagement, culture, and employee experience initiatives.
• Plan and execute employee events, celebrations, team-building, and recognition programs.
• Conduct employee surveys, pulse checks, and feedback sessions.
• Manage internal communication and culture-building campaigns.
• Coordinate town halls, employee connects, and wellbeing initiatives.
• Analyze engagement data and prepare reports/dashboards.
• Partner with HR, managers, and leadership to improve employee experience.
• Introduce creative initiatives to build an inclusive and positive workplace culture.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 510 years of experience in Employee Engagement, HR, Employee Experience, Culture, or HRBP.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in engagement activities, events, recognition, and employee connects.
• Good analytical, presentation, and content creation skills.
• Creative, proactive, empathetic, and people-oriented.
• Experience in a fast-paced/multi-location organization preferred.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
