- Preferred age-group : 30 -40 years

- Educational Qualifications : Graduate / Postgraduate

- Experience : 5 to 10 years

- Preferred background /experience

1. HR-Cultural experience in employee engagement and employee relation for minimum 5 years

2. Overall Experience in Korean translation and Korean Interpretation for minimum 5 years or Minimum Korean qualification TOPIK level 5

3. Handling expatriates Support for minimum 2 years

- Key responsibilities/ Key Result Areas

1. HR Culture-Employee Engagement

a) Plan & Execute Culture and Employee engagement initiatives

b) Track participation, review the feedback, impact of initiatives, Report, dashboards and periodic reports.

2. Employee Support-Expatriates

a) On-Boarding, Dispatch Activities Support

b) Welfare and Housing Support

3. Communication and Report

a) Make required discussion in Korean, English, Telugu, Tamil

b) Prepare report in PPT, Excel

-Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

1. HR Culture-Employee Engagement

a) Engage Employees in culture initiatives

b) Review report, documentation

c) Cross Culture activity support

2. Employee Support-Expatriates

a) Expatriates Support and coordination : Documentation, Welfare support

b) Accommodation Coordination

c) Common support, Query Support

-Comparable firms to search of

Preferably experience in Korean company, Korean MNC, Korean Organization

-Functional Skills

1. Proficient Language : Telugu, English

2. Advanced Language : Tamil

3. Korean Language : Korean translation and Korean Interpretation for minimum 5 years or Minimum Korean qualification TOPIK level 5

4. Good understanding & Utilization of Power Point, Excel, Word

5. Survey/feedback analysis and basic data interpretation

6. Vendor coordination and management

7. Ability to develop presentations, newsletters, posters and activity collaterals

8. Good written and verbal communication
