Job Summary
Position: HR Coordinator
Location: Vapi
Experience: 1 - 2 Years
Responsibilities - Serve as the primary contact for client communications and relationship management
- Coordinate with internal team to fulfill client requirements
- Track ongoing requirement, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of services/products
- Schedule and attend client meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items
- Maintain updated records of client data, contracts, and communication logs
- Assist in preparing client reports, presentations, and performance updates
- Foster long-term relationships by understanding client needs and offering tailored support
- Help in onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth transition
- Collaborate in client feedback collection and continuous improvement initiatives
- Good Verbal Written Communication
- Leadership Qualities
- Positive Attitude towards responsibility.
