Hiring: HR Coordinator – Off-Roll | Chennai
We are looking for an HR Coordinator (Off-Roll) to support day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee onboarding & documentation
- Attendance, leave & HR records management
- HR reports & compliance support
- Employee query & engagement support
- Coordination with HR & Operations teams
Requirements:
- Graduate/Diploma in HR, Business Administration or related field.
- Strong communication & organizational skills.
- MS Office/HRIS knowledge preferred.
- Experience in logistics/warehouse operations is an advantage.
- Immediate Joiner preferred.
Experience: Fresher to 2 years in HR
