HR Consultant - TA || Contract role

Job description: We are looking for a Talent Acquisition professional for 6 months contract role with strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably from an healthcare background. The role will be responsible for managing hiring across corporate and business functions, understanding manpower requirements, and ensuring timely closure of critical positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, selection, offer rollout, and joining.
• Partner with business and functional heads to understand manpower requirements, job specifications, and hiring priorities.
• Handle hiring across corporate, branch, sales, operations, risk, finance, credit, technology, and other business functions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants, campus hiring, job portals, and other relevant channels.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring and critical positions.
• Conduct initial screening and assess candidates based on functional requirements, experience, communication, compensation, and role fit.
• Coordinate with interview panels and ensure a smooth and timely candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage offer negotiations, documentation, and pre-joining follow-ups to improve offer-to-join conversion.
• Work closely with stakeholders on TAT, hiring plans, and recruitment status.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 1 - 4 years of relevant Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience.
• BPO/KPO experience is preferred, particularly candidates who have handled hiring for RCM healthcare.
• Strong understanding of lateral and volume hiring.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri/Resdex, LinkedIn, recruitment consultants, and other sourcing channels.
• Strong stakeholder management and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and hiring priorities simultaneously.
• Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and coordination skills.
