Role & responsibilities

• Co-ordinate with Manpower Vendors and ensure the manpower deployment & compliance.
• Monthly invoice process of manpower vendors, SRN, provision report, headcount reco, MIS.
• Co-ordinate with Vendor and followup the compliance on Ascent vendor audit tool.
• Coordinate with Ascent & central compliance team for stat displays, handling of inspections.
• Handle audits & day to day queries of employees.
• EY compliance tool owner responsibility.
