Salary - 25,000 In-hand (Also Based on experience)

About the Role:

Looking for HR Compliance Executive to manage end-to-end statutory compliance.

Responsibilities:

- Monthly PF, ESIC, PT, LWF - Challan, ECR & Returns

- UAN, PF Transfer, ESIC registration & employee queries

- Coordination with payroll for statutory deductions & reconciliation

- Vendor compliance monitoring & audit

- Maintain compliance calendar, trackers & statutory records

- Ensure compliance - Min. Wages, Bonus, Gratuity, Contract Labour, S&E, POSH

- Monthly MIS & Audit Support

Requirements:

- Knowledge of Labour Laws, PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Payroll & Vendor Compliance

- MS Excel, Good communication & follow-ups

- Graduate in HR/Commerce/Law
