Hr Compliance Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, induction, engagement, and performance management.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, conflict resolution, and retention initiatives.
• Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with Indian labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate Learning & Development programs and identify employee training needs.
• Maintain HR dashboards and provide insights on hiring, attrition, leave, performance, and other HR metrics.
• Support HR audits, documentation, contracts, and compliance activities.
• Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
