RESPONSIBILITIES FOR HR COMPLIANCE PAN INDIA PROJECT

1 Obtaining and timely renewal of Labour Licenses in coordination with the client, project team and consultant for BOCW, CLRA & ISMW Licence

2 Preparation and submission of monthly compliance documents for the non-audit sites. For audit site the consultant will be responsible for the documents, and verification will be carried out by compliance personnel.

3 Coordination with client for monthly compliance audit clearance.

4 Remittance of EPF and ESI contributions for staff and workmen.

5 Employee Professional Tax remittance both staff/workmen by monthly.

6 Contractor EPF and ESI verification and clearance provided to the QS/Accounts team.

7 Contractor monthly compliance document verification

8 BOCW Labour Cess Payment remittance as applicable project to the Labour Welfare Board.

9 Responsible for half-yearly and annual Labour Welfare Fund returns

10 EPF/ESI - related grievances like UAN generation, claim / withdrawal process, transfer, KYC up-dation, e-nomination filing, basic details change request for the employees and workers.

11 Liaise with the Labour Department officials during project site inspections.

12 Ensure timely submission of vendor monthly invoice and payment follow-ups

13 Coordination and obtaining of Holiday work Permission

14 Compliance & Insurance tentative budget projection provided to the tender team for new project bidding purpose

15 Coordination for Ocean Internal audit team for monthly compliance audit.

PROJECT INSURANCE AND MOTOR INSURANCE

1 Obtain and renewal of project-related insurance policies such as

A. Contractor All Risk Policy (CAR)

B. Workmen Compensation Policy (WCP)

C. Contractor Plant and Machinery Policy (CPM)

D. Comprehensive General Insurance policy (CGL)

E. Error & Omission and Professional Indemnity Policy (PI)

F. Motor Vehicle and Public Liability Insurance for the project

G. Contractor Transit and Marine Insurance Policy for the materials.

2 Obtaining and renewal of Vehicle Insurance Policies for the company owned

3 Renewal of Property-related Insurance Policies, for Ocean - Properties

4 Manage remittance of Property Tax for Ocean buildings, Godown & Office

5 Responsible for Water charges and half-yearly tax payments process for all Ocean properties.

6 Register and Coordination for Insurance Claim Process both Motor vehicle and Project Insurance Policies.

7 Coordinate with Insurance/ Hospital/ Employee for Group Medical Coverage (GMC) and Group Personal Accident (GPA) policies.
