- HR audits and statutory compliance
What We're Looking For
- Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Labour Relations, Law, Business Administration or related fiel
- d1–3 years of relevant HR compliance / employee relations experience
- Practical knowledge of PF, ESI & Labour Department procedures Strong communication and documentation skil
- lGood grievance-handling and follow-up skill
- sDetail-oriented and capable of handling sensitive HR matters professionally
