Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Compensation & Benefits professional to manage employee compensation, payroll coordination, benefits administration, statutory compliance, and HR reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage CTC structures, salary breakups, increments, promotions, variable pay, and annual compensation revisions.
• Coordinate monthly payroll processing, salary validation, arrears, and full-and-final settlements.
• Administer employee benefits, including medical insurance, reimbursements, and other welfare schemes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements, including PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and TDS.
• Prepare payroll MIS, compensation reports, manpower cost analysis, and salary budgeting.
• Maintain accurate employee compensation data in HRMS and payroll systems.
• Coordinate with Finance, payroll teams, and insurance providers to resolve employee queries.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration.
• MBA in HR / Finance is an added advantage.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of CTC structures, payroll, compensation, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS/payroll systems.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
