Key Responsibilities:

• HR & Candidate Success
• Guide clients through their career branding journey.
• Understand candidate profiles and career goals.
• Conduct profile reviews and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with internal recruitment and career services teams.
• Maintain candidate records, trackers, and documentation.

ATS Resume Writing:

• Create ATS-friendly resumes.
• Customize resumes based on job descriptions.
• Highlight skills, achievements, and keywords.

LinkedIn Optimization:

• Optimize LinkedIn Headline, About, Experience, and Skills.
• Improve recruiter visibility.
• Help candidates build a stronger professional brand.

Job Search & Application Management:

• Identify suitable jobs across LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and company portals.
• Apply for roles on behalf of clients.
• Track applications and provide updates.

Required Skills:

• Good understanding of HR or Talent Acquisition.
• Excellent written English and communication skills.
• Resume writing or strong content-writing ability.
• LinkedIn and job portal familiarity.
• Basic Excel or Google Sheets.
• Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT.
• Strong internet research and attention to detail.
