Position Summary: Strategic Partnership:
- Collaborate with business leadership to understand business objectives, challenges, and talent needs.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the BU -HR department's goals and objectives.
- Provide strategic HR guidance and support to leaders on various initiatives, such as workforce planning, talent management, and organisational development. Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Partner with recruiting teams to attract, hire, and retain top talent, based on business requirements.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new hires.
- Work with managers to identify skill gaps and develop training and development programs to enhance capabilities.
- Provide guidance on performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development planning. Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, concerns, and grievances.
- Proactively address employee relations issues and provide coaching and guidance to managers on effective conflict resolution.
- Implement strategies to promote employee engagement, recognition, and retention within the corporate organization. Compensation and Benefits:
- Partner with compensation and people operations teams to develop and administer competitive compensation plans.
- Ensure that compensation plans are aligned with business objectives and market benchmarks.
- Educate corporate employees and managers on compensation and benefits programs and policies. Compliance and Policy Implementation:
- Stay abreast of relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance within the organization.
- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to address any HR-related legal issues or concerns.
- Implement HR policies and procedures within the department and ensure consistent application and enforcement. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze HR metrics and data related to business performance, turnover, and employee engagement.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve HR and organization effectiveness.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for leadership and HR management. Project Planning and Strategy:
- Develop a comprehensive project plan outlining objectives, timelines, milestones, and key deliverables.
- Collaborate with leaders to define project goals and success metrics aligned with department objectives.
