Role Overview:

As an HR Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic bridge between the leadership team and the workforce to drive organizational effectiveness. You will be responsible for translating business objectives into actionable HR initiatives, ensuring that talent strategies align with the companys rapid growth. Day-to-day, you will partner with department heads to manage the full employee lifecycle, resolve complex employee relations issues, and cultivate a high-performance culture. Your influence will be critical in shaping the employee experience and ensuring that the organization remains agile and compliant as it scales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with business leaders to design and implement workforce planning strategies that support departmental growth and operational efficiency.

- Oversee the end-to-end performance management cycle, ensuring that goal setting, appraisals, and feedback loops drive individual and organizational accountability.

- Manage complex employee relations matters by providing objective guidance to managers and ensuring fair, consistent resolution of workplace conflicts.

- Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning and high-potential development, to ensure a robust leadership pipeline.

- Execute employee engagement programs that foster a positive, inclusive, and high-energy work environment, directly impacting retention and morale.

- Ensure strict adherence to HR compliance and statutory regulations, maintaining accurate documentation and mitigating organizational risk.

- Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to provide actionable insights that inform leadership decision-making and improve organizational health.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, with a strong grasp of business operations and organizational design.

- Proven expertise in managing complex employee relations and conflict resolution in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and translate it into strategic recommendations for business improvement.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of navigating diverse stakeholder groups and building strong professional relationships.

- Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance standards to ensure the organization operates within legal frameworks.

- A minimum of 5 - 8 years of experience in HR generalist or business partner roles, preferably within the technology or e-commerce sectors.

- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Noida, demonstrating adaptability and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

- A postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field from a reputed institution is preferred.
