HR Business Partner

Job Title: HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Location: Hyderabad

Position: Full Time

Experience: 6 - 10 Years

Work Timings/Shift: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM (Should be flexible)

- Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in HR/People Operations, with strong practical experience across the areas outlined below.

- Proven experience in managing a team of at least 2 - 3 team members, including task allocation, performance management, coaching, and day to day supervision.

Hands-on experience managing HR/People Operations, including:

- Internal and external audits

- Employee onboarding and offboarding

- Employee grievance handling and resolution

- HRIS administration and management

- Employee records and documentation

- HR policies, processes, and compliance

- Employee lifecycle management

- Strong ability to manage day to day HR operations independently, ensuring processes are completed accurately and within timelines.

- Experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to work effectively with employees, managers, leadership, and cross-functional teams.

- Good understanding of HR compliance, documentation, and process controls.

- Strong problem solving and decision making skills, particularly when handling employee related issues and operational challenges.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally at all levels.

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive employee information.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and taking ownership of HR operations with minimal supervision.
