Recruitment (50%)

• End-to-end hiring - sourcing, screening, interviews, offers
• Hire for technical roles like Software Developers, DevOps Engineers, and Project Managers
• Build talent pipelines via job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
• Track hiring metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio)

Employee Engagement (30%)

• Plan engagement activities and culture events
• Run onboarding for new joiners
• Support performance reviews and employee feedback
• Handle employee queries and grievances

AI, Policy Operations (20%)

• Use AI tools to streamline HR processes
• Maintain HR policies and compliance
• Manage attendance, documentation, and HRMS records

Requirements

• MBA in HR
• 2-5 years of HR experience, startup/fast-paced environment preferred
• Experience hiring for technical roles
• Strong communication and multitasking skills

Location

Hyderabad (Office-based)

Shift

11:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Monday-Friday
