Roles and Responsibilities

• To partner with business leaders on workforce needs and business priorities.
• To provide HR solutions across employee lifecycle, engagement, performance and people management.
• To drive performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, employee relations, grievance handling, engagement and attrition mitigation.
• To collaborate with HR COEs, TA, L&D, OD, ER and HR Shared Services.
• Must Have Skills
• Excellent communication Skills.
• Should have minimum 3 years experience in HRBP
• Should be open for rotational shifts.
