HR Business Partner/HR Operations Professional

As an HR Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic advisor to leadership, bridging the gap between organizational objectives and human capital initiatives. You will work closely with department heads to drive talent development, performance management, and organizational design. By translating business needs into actionable HR strategies, you will directly influence employee engagement, retention, and the overall productivity of our Bangalore-based operations. This role is pivotal in shaping our workplace culture and ensuring that our human resources practices scale effectively alongside our business growth.

Job Description:

We're looking for an experienced HR Operations professional with strong hands-on exposure across:

- Payroll management and processing

- HRMS administration experience with Keka preferred

- Statutory compliance and related documentation

- HR operations and employee lifecycle processes

- Managing internal/external audits and ensuring audit readiness

- Maintaining accurate employee records, data and compliance documentation

- Partner with business leaders to identify talent gaps and implement strategic workforce planning initiatives that support long-term business goals.

- Oversee the end-to-end performance management cycle, ensuring that appraisal processes are transparent, objective, and aligned with individual career growth.

- Leverage HR analytics to track key metrics such as attrition, engagement scores, and recruitment efficiency, providing data-backed insights to senior management.

- We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, process-driven and comfortable owning HR operations end-to-end.
