Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on HR Business Partner to support our growing U.S. workforce. This role combines HR Business Partnering, HR Operations, Employee Relations, Compliance, Benefits Administration, and Payroll coordination. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees while ensuring seamless HR operations and payroll administration across the United States.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-8+ years of progressive HR experience in the United States.
• Strong experience in HRBP, HR Operations, Employee Relations, and Payroll administration.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now, ADP Run, Paychex, or similar HRIS/payroll systems.
• Knowledge of federal and multi-state employment laws.
• Experience supporting remote and distributed workforces.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
