HR Business Partner - Employee Relations

Role & responsibilities

Employee relations & Business Partnering:

• Assist business and employees in resolving HR and Employee relation issues, conducting effective investigations, and recommending action for sensitive and complex situations
• Work closely with stakeholders ensuring they are accessing the suitable HR programs, drive people management agenda to achieve businesss overall goals

Collaboration & Analytics:

• Partners with stakeholder in ensuring that the best practices are being adopted, ensuring the delivery of projects as required as well as ensuring that key deliverables are met within the specified timelines.
• Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with other HR teams in order to develop and enhance solutions, processes, and programs
• Analyze HR program activity, conduct performance analyses of the programs, prepare reports and proposals from findings, and present them to senior management for consideration

Program Management & Change Management:

• Foster a culture of learning, agility, and continuous improvement
• Create an environment of knowledge sharing, increased automation, and efficiency
• Ensure 85% of the Engagement calendar programs are tracked and organized successfully
• Ensure and anchor the Quarterly townhalls are well planned and executed
• Organize the Hi-pots and FGDs as per the calendar

Talent Management:

• Effective coordination and execution of end-to-end Performance Management System for the Business stake holders and ensure the SLAs are adhered.
• Support on various OD interventions, work closely with TMOD and Talent Development teams with the support of the HRBP lead to support the framework on the proposed initiatives
• Manage Internal Job Postings, Promote Employee Referrals, and Internal Movements
• Manage the Career path (Job family Matrix, behavioural competencies) for all employees in the cluster
• Analyse various outputs from Employee Survey and develop an action plan to address issues relating to team member morale and satisfaction.
• Execute and build upon existing performance programs (talent reviews, appraisal processes), identify opportunities to strengthen the status quo
• Partner with the leadership team on compensation & other strategies enabling the businesss ability to retain top talent
• Ensure to connect with the employees on regular one o ones for the HR interventions.
• Have a proactive retention approach and try to retain employee for critical requirements

Preferred candidate profile

Preferably from BPO/ITES Industry
