HiWox is building a next-generation HealthTech platform focused on preventive healthcare, AI-powered health intelligence, and holistic wellness through the 9 Dimensions of Wellness.

We are building an integrated ecosystem combining healthcare professionals, diagnostics, technology, AI, and personalized wellness programs to help individuals and organizations achieve measurable health outcomes.

As an HR Business Operations Officer, you will help build the people, processes, and operational systems required to scale HiWox.

Key Responsibilities HR Talent

• Build and manage recruitment pipelines for full-time, trainee, intern, and equity-based founding team roles.
• Develop onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and retention systems.
• Build HR policies, documentation, SOPs, and organizational structures.
• Help create a high-performance, ownership-driven startup culture.

Business Operations

• Coordinate day-to-day execution across healthcare, product, technology, marketing, sales, and operations teams.
• Track tasks, KPIs, OKRs, deadlines, and team performance.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement systems to improve efficiency.
• Maintain internal documentation, meeting systems, reporting, and workflow management.

Process Automation

• Build scalable SOPs and operational workflows across departments.
• Identify repetitive processes that can be automated using AI and productivity tools.
• Support implementation of HRMS, project management, CRM, and internal collaboration systems.
• Continuously improve operational efficiency as HiWox grows.

Founder Strategic Support

• Support the founder in hiring, team coordination, strategic projects, and organizational planning.
• Help coordinate partnerships, internal initiatives, and important business priorities.
• Prepare reports and insights to support faster decision-making.

Who Should Apply

• Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, Operations, Management, or a related field.
• 2-6+ years of experience in HR, people operations, business operations, startup operations, or project management.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and execution skills.
• Comfortable working independently in an early-stage startup.

• Strengthen HiWoxs recruitment and founding-team onboarding process.
• Create structured HR and business operations SOPs.

• Improve coordination between different teams.
• Identify and automate repetitive operational processes.
• Build a scalable organizational structure for HiWoxs next stage of growth.

Equity-Based Opportunity

This is an equity-only founding team role.

There is no fixed salary during the initial bootstrapping phase. Compensation will be introduced after fundraising and revenue stabilization.

Founder Onboarding Process

• 3-4 strategic discussions to evaluate mindset, expertise, execution ability, and long-term alignment.
• A 1-month NDA-based collaboration phase to evaluate actual contribution and ownership.
• Long-term founding team agreement.
• Equity allocation based on contribution, expertise, and commitment.
• 5-year vesting structure for core founding members.
