HR Business Operations Analyst,/ HR Shared Services Analyst

Work mode: hybrid.

Expectations from the position:

Scope: the role provides operational support to HR on a global basis, not only for India. The person will work with Finance, Procurement, Accounts Payable and external vendors across regions, and should be comfortable supporting global stakeholders, including some overlap with US time zones.

Core responsibilities: Managing HR purchase orders and vendor records, reviewing and tracking vendor invoices through to payment, tracking HR budgets and spend against plan, month-end and year-end accruals, and regular reporting on vendor spend, budget use, PO status and invoice processing-Globally

Controls and compliance: the person must follow our financial controls, procurement policies, and audit requirements, and keep audit-ready records-Global

Ownership: we need someone who works independently, owns the outcome, flags overspend risks early, and keeps data accurate.

Profile we are looking for

3 to 5 years of experience in HR operations, finance administration, procurement coordination, or shared services.

Hands-on experience with purchase orders, invoices, vendor payments, or budget tracking.

Strong Excel skills for reporting and reconciliation.

Experience with Coupa or a similar procurement or ERP system. Coupa is strongly preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities against deadlines.
