About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and smart HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support business and people-related initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English, a presentable personality, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive attitude to work closely with employees and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and HR support
• Coordinate with Candidates for Pre-BGV documents and keep constant tough with candidates Post selection
• Candidate Engagement.
• Drive employee onboarding, induction, and assimilation programs.
• Monitor employee performance and support performance management processes.
• Conduct employee connect meetings and gather feedback.
• Support employee engagement activities and retention initiatives.
• Handle employee relations issues professionally and confidentially.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition team for hiring requirements.
• Maintain HR records, employee documentation, and HRMIS updates.
• Assist in policy communication and implementation.
• Prepare HR reports and dashboards as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 0 to 2 years of Candidate Engagement/BGV/HR Generalist/HRBP experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English (mandatory).
• Presentable and professional personality.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Smart thinking with problem-solving ability.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and HR processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
