HR BP Specialist

Role & responsibilities

1. Work closely with the HODs to drive the HR work stream and special HR projects relevant to the department

2. Closely work with the employees to resolve their HR issues and address their grievances

3. Work closely with department heads to drive employee development, rewards and recognition agenda.

4. Act as the decoder and administrator/executor of the HR policies for the employees

5. Monitor, plan and strategize with the HODs for succession planning and manpower planning

6. Work closely with team managers and L&D function to identify the learning needs and address the same through training interventions

7. Drive all employee lifecycle activities within the SLAs including but not limited to onboarding, employee id creation, induction, confirmation, promotions, separations etc.

8. Ensure timely recruitments for the assigned departments

9. Facilitate Orgnization Development Review discussions with the HODs to ensure structure for success is in place

10. Ensure development discussions around 9 Box, Coaching, identification of talent etc. are closed with the respective HODs in time

11. Creation of dashboards for various reviews and data analytics for assigned functions to lead Monthly HOD-HR meetings

Preferred candidate profile

MBA/ equivalent degree in HR/Psychology/MSW

4 8 years of experience in HR Business Partnering Role

And exposure to PMS process management
